At Atlas Travel & Tours, we pride ourselves with working with suppliers that are offering exceptional excursions and cruises designed to provide unforgettable experiences. To ensure clarity and fairness to all our customers, we have established the following Refunds & Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation

Please note that all bookings for our excursions and cruises have the following cancellation policy unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. 

  • In case of cancellation by the client within 48 hours of the trip, a 50% fee is charged. 
  • In case of cancellation by the client within 24 hours of the trip, a 100% fee is charged.
  • No-shows or early departures during the tour will not be eligible for refund.
  • If you have provided incorrect personal, contact or pick up information when booking you will not be eligible for refund.

Booking Modifications

We understand that your plans can sometimes change. We offer the following options to accommodate your needs:


  • Rescheduling Requests: You may request to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure date. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability.
  • Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee may apply to each change subject to the supplier.
  • Last-Minute Changes: Requests made less than 24 hours before the departure date cannot be accommodated.

Cancellations by the tour supplier

In the rare event that the supplier needs to cancel an excursion or cruise due to insufficient participation, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues, road closures) or other reasons beyond the supplier’s control we will offer the following options:

  • Reschedule: The possibility of rebooking the trip or select a different trip available.
  • Refund: Receive a full refund of all payments made.

Important Information

  • Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
  • The Company reserves the right, without prior notification, to change excursion routes, if these changes occurred for reasons beyond the control of the company.
  • Atlas Travel & Tours shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, infection or illness caused in any way to Participant(s) while using or consuming third party services or products.
  • Responsibilities of Participants: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, tour guides, and local residents. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or disrespectful may result in the participant being removed from the tour without refund.
  • If a transfer/pick up is included – please ensure you are at the correct pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to the supplier’s pick-up time detailed on your ticket confirmation
