Head out into the Troodos Mountains with this cultural tour, which mixes sightseeing and culinary adventure.
After a visit to the coastal Aphrodite’s Rock, you’ll make your way inland, visiting traditional villages such as Lofou and Omodos. You’ll also stop at the Timios Stavros Monastery and the Millomeris Waterfalls, with a visit to a traditional winery to learn about & taste local wine. During the day a break for you to have lunch (additional cost) in one of the villages along the way.

Wednesday
Limassol (All Year round)
Cosmopolitan City with rich history through the ages
Our first stop will be the ancient Greek city kingdom of Kourion which dates to the 10th century BC. We will see the many excavations including the complex of Eustolios and admire the magnificent amphitheatre with its spectacular views over Episkopi Bay. We continue stopping at the village of Kolossi to reach the medieval castle, a former Crusader stronghold. From there we drive to Limassol arriving in the old town, close to the medieval castle, Limassol Marina, and the market area where you will have free time for exploring, shopping and lunch (not included). On the way back we will stop at the Rock of Aphrodite where, according to legend, the Goddess of Love and Beauty was born from the waves.


Monday & Thursday
Classic Troodos Mountains and Kykkos Monastery
Chrysoyiatissa Monastery- Pafos Forest Kykkos Monastery/Throni-Omodos (All Year round)
Our first stop on the way to the Troodos Mountains is at the Chrysorriatissa Monastery where you can see this 12th Century monastery, view its vineyards planted in the end of the 18th century produce some of the finest white Ayios Andronicos and Ayios Elias and enjoy the magnificent valley overlooking Kannaviou dam.
The tour continues towards Kykkos, passing through the Pafos forest. Arriving at Kykkos Monastery, you will be guided through the renowned and rich Monastery as well as to visit the Archbishop Makarios’ tomb in Throni where you can enjoy the breath-taking view of almost all the islands! There will be free time to enjoy a lunch in a local restaurant (not included in price)
Then a visit to Omodos a traditional wine producing village, you can walk through the cobbled streets to reach the village square lined with cafes and shops selling wines, olive oil and other local products or visit the church of the Holy Cross and then enjoy a Cyprus coffee in the square.

Blue Lagoon
The program combines two fascinating journeys: a bus trip and a sea cruise. We will visit the most picturesque parts of the island and feel its unique atmosphere.
A visit to the SEA CAVES before heading to the pretty fishing village of LATCHI where we board a Boat and set sail to the Blue Lagoon, having the opportunity to see the coastal Akamas nature reserve area from the sea. The captain will treat you to local wine (red, white), orange juice and seasonal fruits. A 2½ hour boat trip with at least one hour for swimming in the crystal clear water before returning to Latchi Harbour and having some free time to wander, relax or enjoy lunch(not included)
We will also visit the Botanical Garden, wherein lies a grotto – BATHS OF APHRODITE. According to the legend, the goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite would bathe here, when she met her lover Adonis.
Return to Paphos stopping at Polis Village for a chance to wander and explore the quaint shops or enjoy a coffee in the square


Wednesday
Nicosia Capital City (All Year round)
We head toward Nicosia making a convenience stop at Choirokoitia on the way. Arriving in Nicosia you will be dropped off at a central point and then have time to explore the narrow streets of the old quarter “Laiki Yitonia” with its colourful cafes, tavernas and shops. During your free time you can shop, visit the museum or the Cathedral of St John. If you bring your passport, it is also possible to cross the green line to visit the occupied part of Nicosia (optional).
To visit the occupied part of Nicosia you need Passport or EU ID (only for EU citizens) required. There are 4 nationalities: Turkmenistan, Nigeria, Syria & Armenia cannot cross the checkpoint.

Round Trip
Lefkara Village– Nicosia – Larnaca – Salt Lake
Our first stop of our journey will be at Lefkara village. Lefkara is a picturesque village located in the Larnaca District of Cyprus, nestled in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. It’s most famous for its traditional Lefkara lace embroidery—known as Lefkaritika—and silver handicrafts, both of which have a rich history dating back centuries.
We then head to the capital NICOSIA, the last divided city in Europe. Touring along the Green Line, which is the dividing line between the northern and southern parts of the city. Your guide will provide a historical overview of the Cyprus conflict and the events leading to the division of the island in 1974, explaining the significance of the Green Line and the United Nations Buffer Zone. You will have time for lunch in the old city. Then on to LARNACA, visit the Church of St Lazarus. One of the most important religious sites in Cyprus. It is dedicated to St. Lazarus, who, according to Christian tradition, was raised from the dead by Jesus. The church is an excellent example of Byzantine architecture. It features a combination of Byzantine, Gothic, and Frankish elements.
Leaving Larnaca we will pass the Larnaca Salt Lake, located in the southwest of Larnaca city near the villages of Meneou and Dromolaxia, is a renowned habitat for migratory birds, notably the Greater Flamingos. The lake complex comprises four interconnected lakes: Aliki, Orphani, Soros, and Spiro, with Aliki being the largest. During the winter months, thousands of flamingos arrive at these lakes, creating a spectacular natural display. Also seeing the Hala Sultan Tekke, also known as the Mosque of Umm Haram, is a prominent Islamic monument situated on the western bank of Larnaca’s Salt Lake in Cyprus.


Tuesday
Authentic Cyprus (All Year round)
Discover local authenticity and taste of the authentic flavour Cyprus breakfast.
We begin our day with a stop at a pottery workshop in Yeroskipou village, where we will see how the potters continue the ancient traditional craft.
Our next stop is at the village square where we will see the unique 5-domed church of St Paraskevi, built in the 9th century reputedly on the site where the ancient temple of Aphrodite previously stood. We will also have a chance to see how the ‘loukoumia’ (Turkish delights) are made and wander around the square with its local produce shops.
From there we will go to a small village, Letymbou, where we will visit Sophia’s traditional house where you can experience rooms with the original furniture and décor as well as traditional costumes. You will see the baking of village bread in the clay oven and/or makes other local delicacies such as the traditional halloumi cheese. Afterwards we will have a brunch –a special “Cypriot breakfast”, prepared by Sophia (included in the price).
Next, we will visit Paphos Old Market at the heart of the Old Town “Agora.” Indoors you can browse several boutiques and stalls selling clothing and accessories, while outside you will walk along alleys to see little shops, many art shops where stuff is hand crafted, fab views up and coffee shops.

Exploring Hidden Gems of Troodos
Discover the cool oasis of Troodos in the comfort of a luxurious minibus and privacy of a small group (up to 17 passengers).
Troodos Mountain range, nature lovers, and explorers will all delight in meeting shy creatures, and discovering rare plants that peep out amidst waterfalls, breeze downstream, hidden medieval bridges, vineyards charm, and history from the past.
We will drive to the picturesque and wine producing village of Omodos. The village is famous for their dexterity in preparing grapes derived sweets and coffee break (Included in the price). Our tour continues to Troodos square, a place in the middle of Troodos Mountain which has recently been renovated yet kept its traditional mountain look like pebbly streets make up a great deal of it. You will have a free time to scroll around and admire the scenery. The trip continues to a panoramic place near the village of Pedoulas to enjoy a view of Marathasa valley and visit the Holy Cross church overlooking the valley. Free time for relax and lunch. (Not included in the price). It will follow by Wine tasting session where you will experience 5 different flavours.
On our way back to Paphos, we will visit Tselefos Bridge. The most known bridge of the island offering beautiful views of cypress and pine trees. Its popularity is since that it is the largest stone bridge ever build in Cyprus and goes over river Diarizos. Free time to discover the bridge area of rich green vegetation, the forest area engulfing it is beautiful and has various nature spots to be explored. On the way to Paphos we will make a short stop for coffee.

Friday
Kyrenia
We head towards Nicosia with a stop on route for a refreshment break (not included) before continuing to the checkpoint. After passing through the checkpoint driving through the PENTADAKTYLOS Mountains we head to BELLAPAIS VILLAGE. Optional visit of the BELLAPAIS ABBEY, built on the rocky mountain top. After we visit the picturesque harbour town of KYRENIA. It is bordered to the north by the sea and to the south by the greenery of five fingers mountain range and it offers the most magnificent scenery.
Two hour stop for free time in KYRENIA for you to explore the Castle (optional) or wander the narrow cobbled alleys behind the harbour and take lunch (not included) in one of the local cafes.
Friday
Famagusta (All Year round)
St Barnabas-Salamis- Famagusta- short walking tour Varosha /ghost city
The first stop will be Choirokoitia for a coffee break before continuing to Strovilia check point (passports necessary) to cross the United Nations Green Line. We continue to the ancient Kingdom of Salamis built in the 12th Century BC and visit the Ancient Theatre, Roman Baths, Mosaics and Gymnasium. Before continuing on to the city of Famagusta with its many Gothic churches and surrounded by Venetian walls. There will be time to visit the Cathedral of St Nikolaos built in 1312 and converted in 1570 into a mosque as well as free time for sightseeing, shopping, and lunch (not included). Finally, a short walking tour to visit part of the “Ghost Town – Varosha” to see the abandoned houses and hotels which have been frozen in time since 1974. Learn about it’s history, sudden evacuation and partial reopening.
