Important Notice

Carefully read the following terms and conditions before buying any excursions/shore excursions online. These terms and conditions are applicable, supplement the Guest Ticket Contract, and are binding. Purchase of any activities constitutes the Guest’s agreement to be legally bound by these additional terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND BOOKING

General

• These conditions are binding once you purchase any excursion provided by independent suppliers booked through www.atlastravel-cy.com. The deadline for making excursion bookings online is 1 day (24 hours) prior to the actual excursion date, unless otherwise noted in the excursion description.
• All excursions are subject to change without notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes may be unavoidable and can be made at the tour supplier’s sole discretion.
• Departure times and meeting places will be printed on the excursion ticket. Guests are required to report to the specified location at least 10 minutes before the designated pickup/departure time.
• Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website and booking any excursions. By making a booking on this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. LEGAL STATUS AND ROLE OF THE AGENCY
   • Booking Intermediary: This website acts exclusively as an online booking platform and intermediary (“Booking Agent”) between you (the “Customer”) and licensed, independent local operators in Cyprus (the “Supplier”).
   • No Direct Service Provision: We do not own, operate, or manage any transport vehicles, coaches, boats, or Jeep fleets.
   • Independent Contract: When you book an excursion, your contract for the execution of the tour is made directly with the Supplier.
   • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any legal disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
2. BOOKINGS, PRICES, AND PAYMENTS
   • Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include local Cyprus VAT where applicable.
   • Confirmation: Payment is made in full through our secure online payment system. A confirmation email will be sent after the Supplier reconfirms your booking.
   • Inclusions/Exclusions: Please review what is included in your excursion. Optional extras or entrance fees not stated are payable directly to the Supplier.
3. CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS, AND NO-SHOWS
   • Customer Cancellations:
   • Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip are charged 50%.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip are charged 100%.
   • No-shows and early departures are 100% non-refundable.
   • Missed Pickups: Missing your pickup or providing incorrect information will be treated as a no-show and is not refundable.
   • Amendments: Changes must be requested by email at least 48 hours before the excursion and are subject to availability.

4. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE
   • Safety First: Boat trips, Jeep safaris, and outdoor tours may be cancelled or altered due to weather conditions.
   • Compensation Limits: If cancelled by the Supplier, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
5. ACTIVITY-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS AND SAFETY
   • Jeep Safaris: Off-road tours involve rough terrain and are not recommended for pregnant women, infants, or those with serious back or neck conditions.
   • Boat Trips: Passengers must follow all instructions from the Captain and crew.
   • Medical Conditions: Customers must inform the Supplier of any medical conditions or mobility limitations before the excursion.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND INSURANCE
   • Accurate Data: Customers must provide correct contact information.
   • Local Regulations: Visitors must respect environmental rules and dress codes where required.
   • Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   • Supplier Defaults: We are not liable for incidents caused by the negligence or actions of the independent Supplier.
   • Direct Claims: Claims regarding the excursion must be addressed directly to the responsible Supplier.
8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
   • On-Site Reporting: Issues should be reported immediately to the guide, driver, or captain.
   • Escalation: Unresolved complaints can be submitted in writing within 14 days of the excursion.
9. PERSONAL DATA
   • By making a booking, you consent to the processing of your personal information for administering your booking and communicating with Suppliers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
